Fit GD exhaust Fit Stainless Header DG3 (Wrapped version) Stainless (SUS304) header combined with a special thermal wrap. The thermal wrap increases exhaust temperatures and velocity, which contributes to higher horsepower and lower engine bay temperature 4 (28Ø) -1 (40Ø) structure Our header will significantly increase the horsepower of your engine at all rev ranges. (Almost 10 hp can be gained and documented in a dyno test.) It is made of light SUS304 with a 1.2mm to 1.5mm thickness. Each is beautifully handmade by professional craftsmen with amazing detail. It has taken almost a year of research & development to perfect this header through countless dyno testing to prove its performance advantage. We have successfully increased the speed of the airflow to maximize the potential of the 1.5L engines. We have also added an A/F ratio sensor fitting hole.   Fit Stainless Header DG3 J’s Racing Special Header for Fit 1.5 liter with 4 (28Ø) -1 (40Ø) structure. This header will significantly increase the horsepower at all engine rev ranges. Fit Stainless Header DG1 The DG1 Header was developed specifically for the Fit 1.3 liter and has the same excellent features as the1.5 liter model Fit Titanium Exhaust System FX50R - Blue This is a full titanium exhaust system which targets street driving with the best combination of increased power and sound levels. Manufactured with 1mm thick titanium, the FX Series Exhaust System is far lighter compared to other titanium exhausts systems. Compared to the stock 4.8kg, this product weighs only 2.1kg with the surface of the silencer highly polished to a mirror smooth finish for a premium appearance. The FX50R has a 91 db sound level but with the use of an inner silencer you can reduce the sound level down to an 86 db level. This product is designed for GD1/GD3.   Fit Titanium Center Pipe 50C For the enthusiast that wants to reduce weight, you can replace your stock center pipe with this full titanium one to save 3.2 kg of weight. (The pipe has a weight of only 2.4kg vs a stock pipe which weighs 5.6kg). This will also increase the exhaust sound level by 5 db. This product is designed for GD1/GD3.  Fit Titanium Front Pipe 50F By eliminating the stock catalytic converter, our front pipe can significantly increase the horsepower at high rev ranges and also reduce weight. This product is for race use only. The weight of this product is 0.75kg. This product is designed for GD1/GD3.  Titanium exhaust inner silencer The inner silencer fits J’s racing Titanium Exhaust System. Effectively reduces the sound level by 10 db.  C304 SUS Exhaust System 50RS Based on the feedback from the titanium exhaust system, this stainless exhaust is created for higher horse power and great throttle response. With the diameter of the main pipe 60mm, the emphasis is placed on the performance of the mid and top end of the rev. The main pipe is made of 1.2mm SUS 304 Stainless and the weight is minimized for a better acceleration and maneuverability.
The surface of the silencer is well polished and has a titanium-like “Blue Polish Finish” with the beautiful gradation.  C304 Stainless Rear Tail 50R Made of 1.2mm 304 SUS Stainless, this exhaust is an easy bolt- on to the stock center pipe. The diameter of the main pipe is 50mm and the total weight is 2.9kg compared with the stock weight of 4.8kg. The titanium-like blue gradation distinguishes the 304 SUS series from the conventional stainless products. Primarily designed for performance street driving, the exhaust achieves a great balance of power and the sound level. It comes with a detachable inner silencer.   Exhaust Mount Bush Toughened exhaust rubber mounting bush for superior durability. It isolates the exhaust from vibrations from the chassis and contributes to smoother air flow. (The price is for one bush)  Exhaust Mount Bush B-type Triangle shaped to be specifically designed for Honda / Acura vehicles. A toughened exhaust rubber mounting bush isolates the exhaust vibrations from the chassis and provides superior durability and smoother air-flow.  Fit DG3 Front Pipe Type 1 Our pipe is made of SUS304 stainless steel for a light weight, rust-preventive purposes. The diameter of the pipes is 40mm and 50mm for Type 1 and Type 2 respectively. The Type 1 pipe is designed for the customers who would prefer to have larger torque in low to mid rpm ranges and the Type 2 is used for the customer who is looking for top-end power.
