S2000 Exedy Hyper Single Clutch Kit

Kit consists of: Metal clutch disc, higher clamping rate clutch cover, & light flywheel. The S2000 Exedy Hyper Single Clutch Kit is a single plate pull style system. It engages and disengages very crisply. There is no rattling sound when the clutch is disengaged. With an exquisite lever ratio, the clutch transfers enough torque without increasing pedal effort. The light flywheel produces a faster throttle response. When installing this clutch, J’s Racing recommends installing a new stock throw out bearing.

J’s Racing has modified the stock slave cylinder and replaced it with a larger diameter piston which has 35 % more surface area. The large slave cylinder significantly reduces the pedal effort and is very beneficial when your car is equipped with a performance clutch with a high clamping rate. It will maintain the same strength and durability as a stock cylinder. Two copper washers are included.

LSD (Limited Slip Differential) transfers maximum torque to the ground by first detecting rotational difference on the wheels or detecting a difference in torque load, then locking the differential. The LSD significantly increases the vehicle control during cornering and it is a must-have item for sport driving. A 1.5 way LSD fully activates itself 100% on acceleration and less than 50 % on the deceleration. With the 1.5 way system, it is easier to control the vehicle during cornering while braking. The cam angle is 45-25.

S2000 Driveshaft Spacer

When the height of a S2000 is lowered for performance driving, the angle of the drive shaft becomes anything but ideal. The non horizontal position of the driveshaft increases load to the joints and bearings resulting in shortening the life of several parts including the drive shaft. Our Driveshaft Spacer restores the correct drive shaft position and will contribute to a longer product life. This product is highly recommended for S2000 which has been lowered more than 30mm. If you are not changing the height of your vehicle, this product is not recommended.

S2000 Driveshaft Spacer Bolts Set

These bolts were designed for the exclusive use with our Driveshaft Spacer. J’s Racing does not recommend re-using the existing bolts and nuts when you reassemble the differential carrier & drive shafts. The driveshaft spacers have to be attached with the new bolts and nuts that we are offering. The set includes 12 flange bolts and 12 nuts. Tightening toque is 8.5kgf-m.

From street, autocross, drag racing, short track racing to long track racing, your customer can choose the one which will perfectly match the type of Final Gear Set they require. The disulfide molybdenum coating that is applied on the surface dramatically improves the durability, heat generation characteristics, and quietness. The set includes reinforced ring gear bolts (10 pieces) which enables tightening torque -11.0kg fm and prevents differential gear related problems. J’s Racing recommends using our special differential distance collar also for the perfect combination.

WPC treatment   WPC – Wide Peening and Cleaning. Widely used in motor sports including F1, Le Mans, cart, and drag racing vehicles. By firing the ultra fine particles towards the surface of a product at very high speed, thermal discharge brings the repeated effect of heat treatment and tempering in a very short time. The surface of the product produces a new ionic structure and becomes harder and more tenacious. At the same time, it creates a hardened layer of depth and works against metal fatigue.

PIP coating   PIP – Power Impact Plating. J’s Racing has chosen this coating that Perfectly matches the WPC treatment and brings the product durability to the ultimate levels desired. PIP produces a special layer by oxidizing the powder and enables it to achieve the HV 1500 degree of hardness and 900C thermal resistance. Furthermore, the coating penetrates deep into the surface thus dramatically prolonging its effectiveness.

S2000 Reinforced Ring Gear Bolt

These bolts are included in the J’s Racing final gear set. With our reinforced bolts, a tightening torque of 11.0 kg-fm can be applied. Our bolts prevent possible damage to the ring gear and differential due to loosening.
