S2000 Showa Special Dumper Kit w/ Hyperco Spring After a long process of research & development with SHOWA and at numerous race track testing, J’s Racing has finally released a Showa Special Dumper Kit for the S2000. The specs are exactly the same as the one we used for the Super Endurance Racing Series. The superb controllability of Showa Dumper makes the weight transfer very smooth and easy. The dumper kit also provides excellent street driving with excellent handling and feel for your S2000. The Showa Dumper is in a class of its own.     S2000 CRUX Special Dumper Full Length Adjustment Kit w/ street driving dumping force Jointly developed with CRUX Engineering, a premier performance / racing suspension manufacturer. The products are designed from enormous data collected from countless field tests on the race track. First, the stroke, dumping force, gas pressure are all optimized to achieve the best lap times. Then, feedback information are used to manufacture the best street / performance suspension kits for our customers. Standard kit Aluminum body damper (front / rear) with the 30 stages adjustable dumping force (custom setting of the dumping force) SWIFT Straight Spring (several choices are offered to match your driving stage) Aluminum pillow upper mount for front & rear     S2000 Rear Roll Center Adjuster 12mm A lower arm angle for a low-built car will move the roll center point to a far lower position from the center of gravity and is far from ideal. The result is a deteriorating cornering force from an increased body roll. The roll center adjuster corrects the low roll center point to an ideal position.   S2000 Rear Roll Center Adjuster 12mm Knuckle ASSY left Our Roll Center Adjuster is pre-installed on your stock knuckle/hub. Our product consists of a rear knuckle, hub bearing, boot clip, hub, splash guard etc. There is no further assembly required and makes installation very easy.   S2000 Front Camber Joint S1 A concern of the S2000 setting is a limited adjustable range of the front camber. J’s Racing camber joint provides extra degree of negative camber by de-centering the lower ball point. L1 and L2 have a roll center adjustment function to correct the front roll center position for S2000 whose height has been reduced more than 40mm. L1 and L2 come with an adjustment plate. By removing the adjustment plate, L1 and L2 can be used as S1 and S2 for a S2000 with the ride height up to 40mm down.    S2000 Pillow Rear Control Arm Utilizing high performance pillow balls on both ends of the rear control arm, enables a driver to find the best combination for the height, toe angle, and the camber angle.   S2000 Pillow Tie Rod End Set When you reduce the height of S2000, the angle of the tie rod end may become too steep and the impact on the toe might produce an unwanted movement of the suspension. This adjustable tie rod end corrects the suspension geometry and will significantly reduce the bump steer. As a result, it increases both straight and cornering stability and steering response.   S2000 Wide Tread Spacer 26mm, 20mm, 15mm spacers are made of duralumin and 10mm spacer is made of carbon steel. PCD 114.3, holes 5, and pitch 1.5. Manufactured by precise forging, it is very strong and light.  S2000 Long Hub Bolt 10mm (Long lug bolt) Made of Chromium molybdenum steel (chrome-moly) Size M12 x P1.5 Extension 10mm Spline (threaded area) diameter 12.3mm Total length 53mm This longer hub bolts will provide more freedom in choosing a big caliper brake system, wider fender flare, and performance wheels.  S2000 Long Hub Bolt 20mm (Long lug bolt) Made of Chromium molybdenum steel (chrome-moly) Size M12 x P1.5 Extension 20mm Spline (threaded area) diameter 12.3mm Total length 63mm The longer hub bolts will provide more freedom in choosing a big caliper brake system, wider fender flare, and performance wheels. page [1] [2]
